Is my business eligible for ACH processing?
ITI Internet Services cannot process ACH transactions for companies that operate in any of the following industries:
- Adult Entertainment
- Coin Dealers
- Collection Agencies
- CreditRepair Services
- Discount Health / Dental Insurance
- GrantWriters
- Money Service Business (Check Cashing)
- On-Line Gambling
- On-Line Pharmacies
- On-Line Tobacco
- Pre-Paid Cards
- Sub-Prime Loans
- Telemarketers
- Travel Agencies
Furthermore, ITI Internet Services is unable to process ACH transactions on behalf of any entity that is not licensed
and registered to conduct business in the United States and/or has not been in business for at least one year.
What are the services that ITI offers?
ITI specializes in check processing (ACH & Paper). We offer services to merchants for accepting payments and/or outsourcing their check writing. We also offer check representment services (for NSF checks) and verification services (address, bank, phone, and checks). Click here for information regarding the services we offer.

Is it possible to have more that one service with one account?
Yes*, you have the ability to add all of the services to just one account. Our sales department will help you figure out the most effective way to setup your account prior to your account being activated.
*Depending on the service, you may need an additional account(s) for multiple DBA'S.
I am interested in one of your services, how do I get started?
Before you can utilize our services, you must speak with one of our sales representatives. They will assist you with everything from our fee structure to account activation.

I attempted to signup for your service but received an error message. How do I resolve this?
ITI requires all signups to be authorized by our sales department. If you attempted to signup and were denied, please contact our sales department at (800)436-1710 and they will be able to assist you complete the account activation process.
