What do I get with an ITI account?
An ITI account grants you access to our entire suite of services.

All services feature customer service and technical support by email, telephone, interactive chat, fax, and online self-help. All ITI services provide online processing and reporting.

How do merchants and other businesses use ITI's services?
ITI's services are used by business to accept or send payments by Internet, telephone, or fax. All data is gathered and exchanged through ITI's secure interfacing, secure Internet data transfers, or other direct connection methods.

Do I have to have a website to use or benefit from ITI's services?
No! ITI's services are applicable to any business looking to add to, or improve, their current payment methods.

How soon can I begin using services after I activate an account?
Depending on the services chosen, you can be up in running in minutes. Some services, like RebateByCheck, require account verification; activation can take a few days.

Can I use multiple services with just one account?
Yes! One account grants you access to all of our services on an la carte basis. Signup with ITI once and activate each of the services as needed. The PayByCheck ECP Settlement Service does require an additional application and approval.

How am I billed for services?
All fees are conveniently debited from your checking account using ITI's AutoPay feature. Service fees are billed monthly and, if applicable, usage fees are billed weekly. Invoices are available electronically. Please see our individual service sites for more information.
