HIMC Corporation Elects New Board

TACOMA, Wash., Mar 10, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- HIMC Corporation (OTC:HMCO) and its wholly owned subsidiary, ITI Internet Services, Inc., held a new shareholder meeting on March 7, 2006 and replaced the Board of Directors of both corporations with the following new directors: Henry (Jay) Gurley, Dean Kalivas and Judy Morton Johnston. The Board appointed Jerry Cornwell as CEO of both HIMC and ITI.

Business operations are proceeding in the offices at 1130 Broadway Plaza Suite 205, Tacoma, WA 98402, 253-284-0320. The Board has engaged Western Clearing Corp., LLC for temporary staffing. HIMC/ITI is actively engaged in the electronic funds transfer business and continues to expand its client base.
