ITI Signs Agreement with LayawayCart.com

TACOMA, Wash., May 10, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- HIMC Corporation (OTC:HMCO) announces the signing of Agreements between LayawayCart.com. and ITI Internet Services. HIMC has two wholly owned subsidiaries: ITI Internet Services Inc. http://www.itinternet.net/ and Retrieve Systems Incorporated, both located in Tacoma, Washington. HIMC earlier announced the letter of Intent to acquire (USFS) a Nevada Corporation which has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Western Clearing Corp., LLC http://www.westernach.com/ in Federal Way, Washington, and ACH Processing Co. http://www.achprocessing.com in Savannah, Georgia.

LayawayCart.com is the web's first layaway shopping cart solution and electronic clearing house compatible with leading third party shopping carts, online auctions and shopping portals. LayawayCart.com enables auction sellers and store owners to launch an online layaway solution that is secure and easy to use. For the shoppers, LayawayCart.com allows them to pay using an online check with no interest.
